FameCake is a digital screen advertising platform operated by Realworld Advertising Ltd. FameCake acts solely as a technology platform for displaying user-submitted content on digital screens — we are not a publisher or broadcaster. Our service enables users to create personalized content for display on digital screens across various locations.

We utilize artificial intelligence to assist in design creation based on your content. While we strive for excellence, perfection is not guaranteed. The final appearance of your content may vary based on the specific screen display and environmental conditions.

By using FameCake, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• Your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

FameCake welcomes creative and celebratory content including, but not limited to:

• Birthday greetings and celebrations
• Wedding announcements and congratulations
• Anniversary messages
• Achievement celebrations
• Business promotions (subject to approval)
• Public service announcements (subject to approval)

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass distribution
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content promoting tobacco products, cannabis, firearms, weapons, or illegal substances
• Content that promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law
• Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting any individual or group

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if content violates these terms.

By submitting content for display on FameCake screens, you confirm that you are solely responsible for the content you post. FameCake acts only as a platform for displaying user-submitted content and accepts no liability for the nature, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content posted by users. Any claims, complaints, or legal actions arising from a submitted post shall be the sole responsibility of the individual who submitted the content, not FameCake or the screen operator.

Pricing: Advertisement pricing varies based on duration, location, and screen specifications. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before booking.

Booking Window: Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance, subject to availability.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings may be cancelled before the scheduled start date. A £1 cancellation fee applies to paid bookings to cover payment processing costs. Bookings that are already live cannot be refunded.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you submit. By uploading content, you grant FameCake a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Platform Content: The FameCake platform, including its design, features, graphics, and software, is owned by Realworld Advertising Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Elements: Any AI-generated design elements created through our platform are licensed to you for use in your advertisements on our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FameCake and Realworld Advertising Ltd disclaim all liability for:

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any third-party conduct or content on the platform
• Technical malfunctions or display issues beyond our reasonable control
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FameCake, Realworld Advertising Ltd, media owners, screen operators, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or advertisements
• Your use of the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FameCake shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
